Patent for a voltage control unit for generator:

Voltage control unit for under-railroad car synchronous three-phase generator (when a railroad car moves) is meant for control of three-phase controlled rectifier output voltage (when powered by external line 380 V through the step down transformer during stops) designed to maintain rectified voltage within the prescribed limits, check consumer supply, charge a storage battery, protect consumers and storage battery during emergency operations (including when it comes to low speeds of movement (between 18 and 35 km/h).
